ποΈ In-Store Pickup
Location: Massa Boutique, 3025 rue King Ouest, Sherbrooke, QC
Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Order Prep Time: Orders are ready within 24β48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready.
Important: In-store pickup is for order collection only. You cannot add items at pickup.

Shipping Method: Standard (via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post)
Delivery Time: 3β5 business days
Processing Time: 1β2 business days before shipping

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are accepted.

Contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If they confirm the package is lost, contact us at massaboutique130509@gmail.com

If your item arrives damaged, email massaboutique130509@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. While we package carefully, shipping damage can occur.
π Pre-orders
If your order includes a pre-order item and an in-stock item, both will be shipped together once the pre-order is available.
