🛍️ In-Store Pickup
Location: Massa Boutique, 3025 rue King Ouest, Sherbrooke, QC
Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Order Prep Time: Orders are ready within 24–48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready.
Important: In-store pickup is for order collection only. You cannot add items at pickup.
🚚 Shipping (Canada Only)
Shipping Method: Standard (via Purolator, UPS, or Canada Post)
Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Processing Time: 1–2 business days before shipping
📦 We are not responsible for carrier delays, damages, or lost packages.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds are accepted.
Applies to all sales: online, in-store, and pop-up locations.
💳 Payments
Accepted Methods: Credit card, PayPal
🎁 Gift Cards
Can be used online or in our physical boutique.
🎟️ Promo Codes
Enter your promo code at checkout before completing payment.
Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Promo codes are valid for online use only.
📦 Lost Packages
Contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If they confirm the package is lost, contact us at massaboutique130509@gmail.com
🧴 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, email massaboutique130509@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. While we package carefully, shipping damage can occur.
🕓 Pre-orders
If your order includes a pre-order item and an in-stock item, both will be shipped together once the pre-order is available.
